Now that you have completed all of the sections, you will complete a final evaluation that is subject to Continuing Education Credits (CEU's) or in-service training hours based on State criteria for acceptable completion of training.

Once you begin this evaluation, you must finish it in one sitting.  If you do not finish the evaluation, when you come back to the course, you will need to retake the entire evaluation.  Select your answer to each question.  Once you select your answer, you will get feedback that your answer is either "Correct" or "Incorrect."  After you receive your feedback, select NEXT to continue to the next question.

After you complete the evaluation, you will receive your score.  Print the page that displays your score and submit the printout to your training coordinator.
