Agency Strategic Planning Implementation Workshops
The Agency Strategic Planning Workshops are presented to on site at the requesting agencies and are intended to assist the agency with developing an effective data driven operational model to reduce crashes, crimes and other social harms within the respective community. As part of the project, the agency will also receive one-on-one remote and on-site analytical training/support to the extent needed. All at no cost. Additionally, the nationally certified training is pre-approved for 8-hours of TCOLE credit.
